We believe in customer satisfaction and transparency. When your parcel is delivered:
- Please open and inspect the parcel before making payment.
- If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, you can return it immediately to the delivery person without paying.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If the parcel is damaged or you receive the wrong item, we will handle the return at no cost to you.

Change of Mind
- If you decide to return a product because you’ve changed your mind, you can return the item, but you will be responsible for return delivery charges.
- To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as delivered (unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- Returned within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

4. Refunds
- For damaged or incorrect items, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- For change of mind returns, refunds will be issued after deducting return delivery charges.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item.

- Items returned without prior contact or outside the eligibility criteria will not be accepted.
- Ensure the return is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
